Thank for downloading and installing In-Portal.
Your order for In-Commerce module has been approved. One of the possible reasons that the server timezone you have specified during the installation is not the Timezone on the server which makes your Session to expire as soon as it's created.
To make things happen faster we'll need some basic access to your installation and since you have purchased In-Commerce we'll be glad to do it as part of your In-Commerce support.
Please open a support ticket (under your account "Priority Support" section) and submit the following information:
1. Website installation URL
2. Root password
3. FTP access to In-Portal files for faster troubleshooting.
