Each module has a separate details page (see "Features & Modules" top menu entry) with all the information. On that page you can either download free modules or buy and then download paid modules.

Hi,
I went to the module list and reviewed the shopping module information. I clicked on every button I can find and still not able to figure out how to purchase the shopping cart module. I did download and install and did not get a notice how to pay for the license.

Hello John,
In-Commerce used to be commercial module, but we decided to make available for free. However, there still seems to be some license check.
We'll email you free license as a quick patch for now and will make necessary changes in In-Portal 5.2.2
