Sorry to ask here but I'm not getting any answers in the In-Commerce forum room so please please can someone help?

How do I change the default location for the shopping cart forms? All the default dropdown fields for customer registration, billing and shipping location are set to USA with states but we run a UK only store and the dropdowns will not let the user select United Kingdom and a UK county/state and postcode.

Also where can we find the email templates? They all say funds must come from a US bank and we do not operate in the US.

Please refer to my reply here in regards to the default country.

About the Email templates. If you have older version (pre In-Portal 5) it should under Configuration->Regional section, edit your Language and go to the Email templates tab.

If it's a new In-Portal (ie 5.x) you should see Email Template link in the your left menu it under Website & Content.
