I installed under a folder 4.3.9 version of In-Portal (real site works on 4.1.0)

The Admin Panel Works but:
If I try to go on the public site the error is:

Fatal Error: RealClass not defined for pseudo_class cms_TagProcessor in /..../public_html/new/core/kernel/utility/factory.php on line 91

If I try to enable in-comemrce module:

Fatal Error: Query method is called in class kdbitem for prefix mod in /..../public_html/new/core/kernel/db/dbitem.php on line 1157

You probably have old version sitting somewhere near or haven't uploaded all the files.

Please note that 4.3.9 version is not open source and diffs from 5.0.x. I would recommend contacting us directly through your In-Portal support.
