Hi, i wonder weher i can write and send the mailing list in the admin pannle??

maybe im blind, but i cant find it ?

or must the news plug must be installed ?

Go to the Admin Panel (http://www.yoursite.com/admin)
Click on Community
Click on Groups
Select Subscribers
Click on Send E-mail (Under Showing Groups)

And that's it.
