Hi,
 
 Can anyone tell me in new In-link can it be accomplishable to have with custom fields links and categories multilingual (is it better solved then in 2x version)?

Hello,

At the moment it is not implemented in In-portal (In-link3 and other modules), but it is in our future places to make it fully multilingual.
