Please answer these questions so that I can better assess your situation:

1. what In-Portal version do you use?
2. if you use any additional modules, then specify their names and versions?
3. have you changed any of PHP or TPL files in your In-Portal installation?
4. was it always broken or broke recently?

If it broke recently, then try rolling back your changes and see if it helps.

Thanks.

Please answer these questions so that I can better assess your situation:

1. what In-Portal version do you use? 5.2.1
2. if you use any additional modules, then specify their names and versions? just the news, link, and store
3. have you changed any of PHP or TPL files in your In-Portal installation? Just the header for the banner, and the footer to match the banner ads noting else was done
4. was it always broken or broke recently? when i download it, and uploaded it without touching the files, yes - it would still give that same error as well, the themes are buged

Here is how quoted reply looks.

Anyway I've tried to reproduce issue locally, but without in-commerce and I can't.

Possible causes:

1. in-portal code/theme wasn't uploaded completely on server
2. there might a corruption in uploaded data
3. cache is corrupted, try deleting contents of "/system/cache" folder
4. look at web server logs to see if maybe your PHP version is not supported
