Im attempting to install in-portal on a Mac Server OSX using MAMP Server package
I've downloaded the & extracted the CMS & Shopping-Cart modules & moved the resulting In-portal
files & folders to my MAMP DOCUMENT ROOT ===>
Applications/MAMP/htdocs

When I attempt to proceedwith the foll

http://www.in-portal.com/core/install.php as instructed
I receive the foll 2 error msgs:
FILE SYSTEM CHECK
*** 1. Install cannot write to specified folder in root directory of your installation
*** 2. WRITE Shows folder & files that write permissions should be adjusted to allow web
server to write data into them

Suggestions, anyone

And do have permissions write permissions set correctly on that directories?

I don't know how permissions are assigned on Mac, but goal here is make all listed directories writable to In-Portal.
