My website is the-net-journal.com . I get this error message when trying to connect to it, and, at times, it doesn't even connect at all. Can you please help??

Fatal Error: Database connection failed, please check your connection settings.
Error (1203): User vladbour_inporta already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections in /home1/vladbour/public_html/thenetjournal/core/kernel/db/db_connection.php on line 262

I can see (from your error message), that MySQL server is too busy right now. You can do one or both from listead below:

1. change mysql configuration to allow more connections
2. add more hardware to the server to allow more connections
