My co-admin is unable to login to the Admin section. He get always session expired. He turned of the firewall and Norton Internet Security but still the same result. He tried it on annother computer but noway to login. He used IE 6 and Firefox.

Any idea how to solve that problem?

Please open a support request for this issue. You can specify your In-portal installation URL and both root and other admin access so we can test/troubleshoot it right away. This would speed up the process for a bit.
