Permission to add link instead of suggest (2)

Hi, I gave permission for members to add link link without approval.
It works except that the action box still shows 'suggest' link instead of 'add' link.

I supposed I can just change that in the regional language area, but isn't 'suggest' automatically change to 'add' link?

I believe it's just a wording and has to be changed by you directly through the language tool.
