As a registred user I get this mail after admin modified a category:

Your suggested category "" has been modified.
Both to and from fields contain the same mail adress twice.

On the demosite after adding a forumtopic I get 3 mails.
The first two say:
Your post has been added.

The third:

Hello Gerard,

Thanks for reporting this bug. We have found and fixed it, but I am waiting for the 1.0.5 release to update the demo. I want to make sure it's in synch with the version that's available for download.
