Hello,

Welcome to In-Portal community and thanks for downloading and trying it!

Let's start with check on couple things:

1. Can you see the content of your system/config.php file or it's empty?

2. Can you see / browse your In-Portal database (I suppose it's empty yet) via phpMyAdmin?

this is what happens when I try to give my username and password. I AM entering the correct names, and they have ALL permissions.

!LA_INVALID_PASSWORD!. If you don't know your username or password, contact Intechnic Support

this is just one of several problems I have had during setup
