I am trying to install In-Portal on Wampserver on my computer. During the installation, after selecting the Default theme, I see a blank white page. Please help.

My Wampserver installation has PHP version 5.2.9-2, MYSQL 5.1.33 and Apache 2.2.11.

Look into you apache error log file. Maybe it's PHP fatal error there, that some PHP module not loaded/compiled.
