Hi,

i'm trying to upgrade to the latest version from 4.3.0. when i run the install script and choose upgrade, the script asks me to upgrade in-portal to 4.3.1.

Can i upgrade directly from 4.3.0 to 5.0.2?

If yes, how can i do it?

if no, where can y download older versions so i caan upgrade to 4.3.1 first?

Since pre 5.0.0 versions of In-Portal were not opensource, therefore they are not available for download you haven't bought them directly. I verified, that your user "Limon" have no active/expired licenses and therefore have no access to them.


If you obtained 4.3.0 version using other username on www.in-portal.net website, then please use that use to obtain 4.3.1 version, that is required to perform upgrade.

I do have licences for all in-portal products for years now.

I used another login for those products. So i tried it and was able to download older versions
