Hello,

Make sure the root folder where you trying to installation your In-portal has 777 (writable) permissions. Note that you can change them back once installation is completed.

Please feel free to open a support ticket if still can't get it to work.

Thanks.

Hello,

Not the files, but the root folder where you want your In-portal to be installed. Example, www.in-portal.net/demo, here demo is a root of In-portal installation and need to have permissions set to 777.

Thank you.

Correct. Also, what is your installation URL, so we can check some settings.

Thanks.
