Hello Dmitry !

I have uploaded In-portal files to My webhosting server. Please
Tell Me, Is There Any Need To change the file permissions Before
installation ???????.......
< I have uploaded all the files in the root dir of my domain>

My Default File Permissions Are:

All Folders: 755

All Files: 644
