I was able to replace the foll with my on images:

* top_baner_1.gif
* logo.gif
* globe.gif
It appears that I could only use images that would fit in the respective 'boxes'
{tried to amend the size of "image box" --Height & width, BUT FAILED}
My real concern, though is this:--- HOW DO I PLACE MY OWN STUFF ON THE REMAINING
PORTION OF THE WEBSITE PAGE TOP ---- So far i see nothing that allows me to edit
that area, am I missing something???
Help:----Dmitii &/or Alex

Hello Rob,

In-Portal is all templates base. Templates are located under themes/[your active theme]/ folder. All you do is open the template and change HTML as you want. Did you try this?

Thanks.

I did the foll:
CONTENT_MODE->THEMES-EDIT

However, I still don't get it. {eg How do I "OPEN TEMPLATE"}???
You'll have to walk me through the necessary steps.
REMEMBER----I'm trying to EDIT THE VERY TOP OF THE PAGE TO PLACE MY OWN INFO THERE
All i've been able to do so far is "REPLACE THE 3 images" I'm unable to access
the remaining space.
I was able to edit the BODY SECTION, BUT NOT THE PAGE TOP.
JUST GIVE ME A WALK THROUGH OF THE STEPS TO ACCOMPLISH.
BY THE WAY---What mode should I be in to do what i'm trying

You should edit TPL files directly to get what you need.

There should be "header.tpl" or "header.elm.tpl" where banner html is located. Try to edit it to get what you need.

Alex,
I think i found the file-- HEADER.ELM.TPL under path {/platform/elements/}

It appears to be a large TABLE with a mixture of {HTML & <inp2:....>
tags---- about 55 LINES OF CODE. I can also see the images I referred to
in our original thread.

Assuming this is the file I need to edit--- Yes??? :

(1) Does this file {TABLE} cover the entire PAGE-TOP?
(2) Can I replace it with my own HTML-table,
OR
(3) Do I need to use a FRAME, IFRAME, or comlpete HTML-file instead

By the way, to which HTML-File is this table a part if any {Dum ?}

Thanks in advance, Alex ---- I think we are on the right track--yes?
