Hello Fellows out there in "In-Portal land"

I've really fallen behind with my project schedule & could use your help getting back on track. Please help with with ANY | ALL of the foll asap :--->

1. Putting my own logo on the page
2. Accessing the "IN-TAG LIBRARY"
3. Editing "TPL FILES" {re : page-structure, categories, links, topics, etc}

I've heard/read some 'horror stories' about folks trying to deal with TPL's etc, but what the hell--- I'm game
Anyway, guys, enjoy your weekend & get back to me asap.
